Plant Swap, Vendors, Rummage Sale, Music & Food.

Join Rooted Movement for a day of family fun. Bring your snacks and coolers! Set up in our beautiful shaded picnic area as you sit back and listen to the bands of . Take a stroll around our venue and do a little shopping, support local vendors. Let's not forget about our plants! Check out all the succulents and plant cuttings we will have to trade. Never participated in a plant swap? Don't have items to share? Don't worry. You can always make a $5 donation to participate in the plant exchange.
No time to pack a picnic basket, leave the cooking to the catering company
Best BBQ in the valley! Variety of meat options and vegetarian options. Excellent sides, sauces, and soft drinks.
Our lovely plant lady Chrissy will help all participants to navigate the plant swap
Here are some things you might like to know about the plant swap:
-Begins at 10 am
-Bring 1-5 cuttings (or more if you like) pest-free plants or plant-related items.
Examples of things you can bring:
cuttings, rooted plants, plant bulbs, used or new pots, baskets, moss, plant/garden-related tools ....
**Please bring your own box or bag to take your plant and rummage sale items home with you.

September is HERE!
We love a fresh new month and are so excited for all the fun things coming up, so, keep an eye out for announcements for events and community gatherings.
As a reminder, all of our yoga classes are beginner friendly and your first class with us is FREE!
Monthly memberships are available as well as non-membership punch cards (you do not have to be a gym member to join our yoga classes). All classes are accessible through Zoom and memberships for Zoom classes only are available to you.
So grab your friends, family or spouse and join us for some zen, we look forward to meeting you on the mat!

Just a few announcements for the upcoming month:
Starting Tuesday, July 5, we will be introducing 2 new classes to our yoga schedule. These classes will be held in our beautiful outdoor area on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:30 AM.
Our new yoga schedule:
MONDAY:
11 am Yin - 8 pm Yin
TUESDAY:
10:30 Vinyasa - 8 pm Power Hatha
WEDNESDAY:
11 am Power Hatha - 8 pm Yin
THURSDAY:
11 am Yin - 8 pm Hatha
FRIDAY:
10:30 am Yin - 7 pm Vinyasa
SATURDAY: 10 am Yin
SUNDAY : 5 pm Yin
Also, we’d like to officially welcome Hannah to the Rooted Movement Family as she will be permanently teaching with us. She has been such an amazing addition to our space and we are all so excited to have her spirit and energy in the studio.
