POSITION:
Temp to Hire
Pay: Days $20.50, Swings $20.50 hr
Shift: Days- 5:15am to 2pm, Swings: 2:15pm to 11pm
Weekly Pay
DUTIES
Building pallets and shrink-wrapping pallets
Using a manual pallet jack
Stacking boxes inside trailer
Opening boxes that comes off the conveyor belt and remove damage products
Putting sale price tags on returns
Unloading by hand all day
Load boxes onto the line
Packaging customers order per order and labels
Wrap, box and seal. Once labeled and boxed, goes back on the line - ready for shipment
Ensure that items are properly sealed and labeled
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of packed items
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support the business by ensuring inventory and orders are accurately audited, processed, assembled, efficiently packed and shipped
Comply with job rotation and work where designated with the department and building
Material handling – repetitive bending, reaching, standing, walking and lifting 50lb boxes
Complete receiving and/or shipping documentation, as required
Utilize best practices following standard operating procedures and reference aids, continuously looking for areas of improvement and communicating suggestions to leadership as appropriate
Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources
Requirements:
6 months of Warehouse Packaging
The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
A commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration
The ability to drive productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic mechanical knowledge for operating packing equipment

Position:

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Direct Hire Position
Location: 2 Locations - Livingston, CA & Hughson, CA
Payrate: $23.16- $32.68 DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends and overtime availability)
Shift: Graves 10pm must be open to OT
Duties:

There may be fabrication, welding, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical work.
In charge of preventative maintenance program which include cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, visual inspections, minor repairs and calibrations necessary to maintain equipment, machinery, and associated hardware at required intervals.
Troubleshoot and perform major mechanical repairs such as changing motors, pumps, gearboxes, belts, sprockets, pulleys and many other aspects of a mechanical repair.
Prioritize repairs of any urgent safety or food safety concerns. Record keeping of all repairs and maintenance checks.
Requirements:

At least 2 yrs of work experience in the food manufacturing industry, repairing and maintain packaging equipment, electrical controls, and ancillary equipment.
Valid Driver License and driving record.
Must possess strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, hours, and overtime when required
Ability to properly lift, push and pull up to 75lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces, at high elevations, atop ladder or man lift, on the roof, and underneath equipment.
