Yesterday evening we were on our way home from out of town visiting our moms, our daughter and family for Mother’s Day and 20 minutes into our drive we had a tire blow. We had to stay the night and wait for the local tire shop to open this morning to have new tires installed before we could go safely home

Bev did a fantastic job running the office
and helping customers alone on a busy Monday only her 2nd week in the agency
until we could get there this afternoon.
She kept telling us she has it taken
care of and please don’t worry.
We are incredibly thankful! Great job!! 👏🏼

We also want to say how grateful we are to this man John. He was passing by as we were about to use our State Farm mobile app to call for road service and stopped to offer to help put our temporary donut on the car in
90° weather. We found out he was
on his way to a Mother’s Day dinner
when he stopped to help us.
There are wonderful people in the world!

We enjoyed attending the annual Salvation Army Kidz Day kickoff luncheon yesterday and donating to the raffle along with Tiffanie Rupchock from Don's Mobile Glass...an event we look forward to being a part of every year for nearly 20 years! Come see our team along with Tiffanie's help next Tuesday May 12 from 7:30am-noon on the corner of Coffee Rd & Floyd Ave, we will be selling papers for $1 donations to raise money for the Red Shield Center once again! The Red Shield Center provide a safe haven for underprivileged youths with education programs, sports centers, family support and more. If you can't see us in person you can scan the QR code posted here to donate online to our team's efforts as we hope to make this our best year yet for a great cause!

During review, helped our customer realize he had coverage under one of his policies to file a claim. 10:30-11:20 am Customer emails me invoice & 2nd email to give info needed to file claim. 11:45 am-claim filed. Noon-I call State Farm claim specialist. 12:11 pm-Claims calls customer. 12:18 pm-Settles claim AND because customer easily & smartly enrolled in digital pay, payment EFT’d. Claim closed! Happy Customer exact email to us: “Thank you very much. I never imagined it would be this simple.”😁😁😁 As it should be!
