Secondary School Athletic Trainers... We need your help!
We invite you to participate in a research questionnaire intended to help us understand Athletic Trainer Mental Health Screening Practices in Secondary School (i.e., 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grades) Pre-participation Examinations. You are being asked to participate because your input, knowledge, and responses are vital to understanding this phenomenon and informing the future of health care.

The questionnaire will take approximately 8-minutes to complete, and your participation is voluntary. All responses to this survey will remain confidential; no one will be able to identify you or your answers. There are no right/wrong answers to any questions.
