URGENT Extras Needed!!!

If you've always wanted to be an extra in a BVG Film then now is your chance! We are filming a large group scene in Knights Ferry tomorrow night December 1st. No experience necessary. Bring a friend. This will be incorporated into our Christmas program on Dec 21, 22 and 23.
All you have to do is be there! We will direct you as we are rolling.

WARDROBE NOTES:

Comfortable shoes for outdoor terrain, Jeans are appropriate, Jackets, Sweaters, Scarves, Hat or Beanies, NEUTRAL COLORS like brown, tan, gray, white and NOT OBVIOUSLY CHRISTMAS-Y (no red and green)

Please join us Wednesday evening, November 8th @6:30 PM in the Choir Room for an orientation, and details of our upcoming film project for A Christmas Alleluia.

WHO: EVERYONE - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - you will be directed on set (no need to memorize any lines)
WHEN: DATES and TIMES will mostly be based on CAST availability, so PLEASE COME knowing your November and December schedule.

What to expect Wednesday, November 8th:
We will have you fill out contact and availability information (or pre-register at bvgfilms.com)
We will take your photo
We will have you read a few lines of dialogue and/or give you some direction to see what scenes might be a good fit for you

And then what???
Within a few days you will be contacted regarding what scenes we would like you to participate in and when we will be shooting those scenes. There will be both modern day and Biblical.

The BVG Film team is REALLY excited about this year's special project. We are trusting the Lord to work through it and our choir, orchestra and worship team and pray that He will touch many hearts as we enter into the Christmas season.

Aneika Wynn is reprising her role as Mary, mother of Jesus, from the 2021 BVG Films project, Hope Has A Name.

An Oregon Book Award Nominee, Nick Zagone has a Bachelor of Theatre from Willamette University and a Master of Fine Arts in Playwriting from University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He is resident playwright at Prospect Theatre Project and resides in Modesto, California.

Pete Xifo was born and raised in So Cal, except for a brief sojourn to Paris France, where he spent several years of his childhood, you can call him a native Californian. On camera he's portrayed hard grizzled Cowboy Villains, an Amish Farmer, a Wizard, as well as Doctors, Lawyers, Professors, Shrinks, Judges, Grandpas and even the occasional Rabbi and of course, Santa Claus.

Peter was incredible to work with on set. He brought a level of professionalism and experience that spilled over and encouraged everyone else. He was a delight to work with! Peter plays the role of Melchior, one of the three Magi.

As a student of film acting at Film Acting Bay Area in Emeryville, California, Adam Thayer studied all aspects of acting for film. Much to his delight, his training has equipped him with the skills needed to be equally as effective behind the lens as well, and his work behind the lens has already earned him recognition as a casting director, and as assistant director on several different projects.

Adam is a delightful person with the gift of encouragement. He was a total joy to work with on set! Adam plays the role of Balthazar, one of the three Magi.

Aaron Fullan is an actor, composer, and social media influencer from Clinton, Iowa. With a strong following of 260,000+ on social media, his self-produced videos have garnered millions of views from loyal fans across the globe. Above all, Aaron seeks to honor Jesus Christ with the gifts and talents that he's been given.

Aaron plays the role of Gaspar, the youngest of the three Magi.

Many people envision the Magi visiting Jesus at his birth, most likely because of their presence in nativity scenes, but in reality he was older. We envisioned him around 16 months old. Working with kiddos on set can be a challenge but little Greyson was a delight. We can’t wait to show you how wonderful the scene turned out!
