Milagro and Phoenix didn’t have a choice, but WE do.

February 10th I went to City Council to get Milagro and Phoenix Animal Protection Act passed in Mobile. This act isn’t just a piece of paper—it’s a promise that animal abusers will finally face real consequences. No more $100 fines. No more looking the other way while animals suffer on chains.

The City Council has had this proposal for over 40 days. They’ve heard the stories. They’ve seen the photos. And yet, they’ve done nothing.

We need 1,000 signatures to show them that Mobile is an animal-loving city that demands justice.
