June 12th will be Speed the Light Night! We are challenging each of our students to try to raise $100 for Speed the Light by this date. There will be a banquet for those who meet this goal. Be creative and good luck!

Last night Grant Dickson brought the house down with a very timely word for our students. 🔥
1. Have zeal for the Lord
If you aren’t excited to live for Jesus, why would anyone else want what you have? Have joy so that others can see Christ in you!
2. Stay disciplined
Be consistent and intentional with reading your Word and praying! These moments allow Christ to speak to you.
3. Don’t hesitate
If God provides an opportunity to minister, be bold and share the good news! The world needs what you have!
4. Watch what you feed yourself
Things of this world and God can’t live in the same place. Don’t allow music, social media, relationships, or anything else take up space that God should be filling. Light and darkness cannot dwell together.
5. Embrace your weaknesses
Without having weaknesses, we wouldn’t rely on God. Let him be your strength!
“That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
