Every night he introduced you to new bands, told stories, took requests, and somehow always seemed to understand exactly what kind of mood the city was in after midnight.

You’d drive around with the windows down hoping he’d play your favorite song next. And when he finally did, it felt personal — like he was talking directly to you through the speakers.
