Would you like nuts with that? For $2 we can add pecans to any cake and glaze.

Beginning May 1st, we will be offering cupcakes! They will come in all of our delicious flavors and will be available for our summer fundraisers!

WE are now completely booked for fundraisers for Month of April. If you still haven't taken advantage of our special this week you have a couple more days to get booked! We have room for one more in March and three for May. We are also opening up the summer months now as well. So if you need for your group or team to raise money for the fall that is great time to set up!

With our last contest we asked people what flavors they would like to see added. So this summer we will be offering three special edition flavors. If you have any other ideas please comment them here and we will put them up for a vote at the end of the week! Here are a few of the top flavors that were requested so far. Cream Cheese, Pralines and Key Lime.

In other news, plan to come see us at the Cadillac Square Farmers Market on Dauphin Island this spring and summer. As soon as dates are available we will post them. And keep checking in with us to see where else you will be able to see us!

Also, the additional 5% fundraiser special has been extended until this Friday. Fundraisers must be booked by this Friday but do not have to begin this Friday. This is a great opportunity for Church groups to raise money for upcoming Vacation Bible School programs, as well as sports groups to cover fees and uniforms for their teams. Also, teachers if you are needing money for an end of the year field trip here is your chance to up your profit margin and help all of your students to be able to participate!

Although we currently use organic, hormone and antibiotic free eggs in our cakes, we will soon be able to step it up even a notch further! We have purchased a flock of baby chicks that will begin laying eggs in approx 4 months. This is something that we are very excited about. Because we like to know exactly what is going into our products and what we are passing on to you!

We want to say a big thank you to everyone for participating in our latest contest! There were some great ideas for new flavors; that we will definitely be experimenting with.
