Were at the Bad Axe axe throwing place! This place needed some minor repairs.

Beautiful addition to this rustic home. 35x16 deck built over the sloping area. Screened in half and installed a nice matching roof. This deck is sitting on notched 6x6 posts with 6 double 2x10 beams below. This one is strong and sturdy.

Furring up the concrete floor. Glued and Tapcon screws into concrete. This one is not going to squeak!

Were building 4 of these 10x16 decks. My price is $3000 per deck which averages out to $18.50 per square foot. The decking is 2x6 instead of flimsy 5/4 x6 which rots twice as fast as what we use.That Is for labor and materials. 6x6 posts in concrete and all framing and decking screwed with powder coated screws. Under beams for incredible support. The bands are lag bolted to the wall every 16 inches. This deck can hold an 18 wheeler.
