2 Sam 11:1-16
Sin is a thief and robs your intimacy with God. It is deceptive. The danger of sin is that it appears to be innocent. Do not become complacent with sin. As followers of Christ if we don’t deal with sin it will hinder our spiritual growth. Sin begins when we drift from our assignment. When we abandon our place of obedience. Not every thought deserves our attention. We must be vigilant in dealing with sin. Sin always demands more than you intend to give. People often think that sin can be managed, controlled, contained but it always demands more. The enemy wants to disrupt our relationship with God. God wants to offer restoration. God calls us back into His Presence. Sin never affects only the sinner. It blinds us to our own condition. Many of us are comfortable when people affirm us, but spiritual maturity comes when we receive when they correct us. When God loves you He will not leave you to your own devices. Don’t be quick to dismiss a “Nathan” in your life. God’s grace is greater than our greatest failure. The purpose of understanding sin is our need for a Savior. We overcome sin by bringing it into the light of the ONE who can restore us.

Genesis 2:24
Therefore shall man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
Father is defined as the chiel in Hebrew and Parent in Greek Meaning the father is the chief parent. We don’t have to wonder or have lack of discernment. Our problem is being obedient. (Prov. 3:5-6) God expects us to grow in Him. Our part is to trust Jesus! And why not? He was there from the beginning. He knows everything about Him. God loved us before sin, how much more does He love us when we receive Him in our lives? We have Father’s Day everyday in the body of Christ.(Col. 1:16-19)
Thank you to Apostle Jeffrey Thrash and everyone who assisted him during our Baptism.

Because the earth is the Lord’s we should be stewards and take care of it. Money in itself is not a bad thing but the love of it can lead to sin. Don't depend on money to make you happy, instead use what you have for the Lord. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money. Money is a tool and should not be served. God wants you to attain wealth but He wants us to put it in proper order.1) Recognize God as your Source (Deut 8:18). When we understand that God is our source we become humble and grateful instead of prideful. We focus more on the giver than the gift. 2)Practice faithful stewardship (Luke 16:10) God expects us to manage our finances wisely. Planning is a very important stage in stewardship. 3) Honor God with your giving. Giving shows that you trust God. 4) Avoid excessive debt. Scriptures warn to not be enslaved by it. (Prov. 22:7) 5) Save, plan and invest for the future. Saving is not a lack of faith. It is to build wealth. Money is a tool that God places in our hands. Finances is about your faithfulness that God gives us.

Romans 12:1-2
When you find yourself in a barren place in life, the principles in Ezekiel 37:1-10 are what we can use to come out of these places. You have to decree what the Word of God says about you. Prophesy the Word of God because it has power. When God sees things he doesn’t see the limitations, but He sees who He is. It’s an ongoing day by day to lay down your flesh. Holy means to be physically pure and morally blameless. We know what is right and wrong, we just choose to override the Holy Spirit. It is not what we think is acceptable, it is what God says is acceptable. God doesn’t have to accept what you give Him, just because you come to church. We are conforming to everything, but the image of God. We are the ones responsible to renew our minds. If you change the way you think, you can change your behavior. Our mind is a vehicle of transformation. Doing this will produce a good life (3 John 2) So many things in our actions we do to cause us to be out of the will of God. God wants us to renew our minds in an orderly manner.

Gen. 2:7
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul
In the beginning God made us. He made it personal. God created us like a perfect recipe not missing one ingredient. It is time for us to be obedient, encouraging, and being about God’s business. Everything that we need is in God’s Word. The bible has every and to every question. Don’t be stuck in the wilderness when God has given you everything to succeed in life. Whatever question that we have, God will not withhold it from us. (Matt. 6:33) God loves us so much that He made us in His own image. That’s true love! Believe in God’s Will and not our own. It will never confuse you, but ours will. If you mess up, repent and change our mindsets towards Jesus. (Acts 2:38) Stay in right standing with God, stay in position.

Today Church we had a very special guest speaker: Apostle Jeffrey Thrash from Goodwill Church Ministries. Apostle Thrash brought an excellent word: "The Impartation of Moses" Apostle Thrash stated, "God has given everyone a spiritual contribution of something. God will always build a man before he builds a ministry. You have a dormant deposit in you. God put it there because of the Vision he has as the leader. When we tap into that, then we can do our part in the church. If we’ve been taught the same word then we should be saying the same thing. When God gives vision he gives provision also." God moved mightily and we are glad about it! Here are a few photos from the service today: Watch now https://youtube.com/live/KOmVp7-CREc
