O'Rourke Elementary

After reading The Origami Master, students in 3rd grade practiced their origami skills by making different animals.

Ms. Williams’ 3rd graders were on the hunt for compound words. Students had to find a word around the room and then find a partner to create a compound word together.

Today we had our ACAP prize drawing! Thank you so much to our amazing O'Rourke Elementary PTO for sponsoring all of the awesome prizes. Congratulations to all of our winners.

Students celebrated the 3rd day of 3rd grade with some different activities centering around the number 3.

As we prepare to say goodbye to our wonderful principal at the end of this month, we are incredibly grateful for the leadership, dedication, and love she has poured into our school, staff, and students. Her impact on O’Rourke will be felt long after her retirement, and she will be greatly missed.
