The Mobile Police Department First Precinct Community Action Groups exist to talk about real problems and aim for real results.

First Precinct Community Action Groups include: Emerson Gardens, Oakdale, Riverside, Fulton Ridge, Gulfdale, Loop Group, Leinkauf Historic District Neighborhood Organization, Oakleigh Garden District Society, Maysville, Riverpark, The Peninsula of Mobile, Down By The Bay, Dog River Park, and Fontaine Bleu.
