Julius shares his incredible journey from running track in high school to becoming an adaptive athlete after a career-ending knee injury while serving in the Navy.

Julius shares about his struggles with surgeries, recovery, and mental health, ultimately finding a new purpose through adaptive sports programs like the Navy Wounded Warrior Program.

Julius recounts his participation in events like the DoD Warrior Games, Invictus Games, and various marathons, highlighting the support and community he found along the way.

His dedication to adaptive sports and continuous push to improve serves as an inspiring testament to resilience and perseverance.
