The Badlands Sabres are proud to announce the signing of Drake Grenier, a forward from Mitchell, South Dakota, for the 2026-27 season!

A product of the Mitchell Marlins varsity program, Drake has spent the last three seasons developing his game and becoming a key contributor for his hometown team. In his junior season, he skated in 19 games, recording 6 goals and 9 assists for 15 points. Even more impressive, two of his goals were game winners, proving he has the ability to deliver when the stakes are highest.

Drake brings offensive skill, determination, and South Dakota pride to the Sabres as he takes the next step in his hockey journey.

Sabres fans, get ready to watch another talented South Dakota player hit the ice in the Blue and Orange. We can't wait to see Drake make his mark this season!
