Another thing off my list of things to accomplish today. Survey of property lines by SPN here in Mitchell. Planning on providing some privacy between houses with a new privacy fence. Note of advice: you should have a survey done prior to purchase of a property (as I have in past.) SPN & Associates

A reasonably productive weekend. Cleaning, spackling, and priming walls. Trimmed out new window and painting finished in NE bedroom except for final coat on ceiling. Trimmed out new window in SE bedroom. And we continue on...

Last window repaired and up this week. This new one trimmed out today. The rehab is progressing.

So interior rehab is finished on this 2 bd 1 bath home. Still have lots of exterior work due to new sewer installation. Sorry not available as it was spoken for 2 months before it came open! We want to welcome our new tenant!
