2 YEARS OF JACEE ✨

Two years ago, Jacee took a leap and stepped into our apprenticeship program with a dream… and watching her bring that dream to life has been so special.

From day one, she has shown up and put in the work and I mean WORK. This girl is out here juggling multiple jobs and still giving her all behind the chair every single day.

And can we talk about her personality for a second…
She is seriously so dang funny 😂 the kind of energy that makes everyone around her better.

But beyond that, she truly loves what she does. You can feel it in her services, her growth, and the way she connects with her guests.

And my personal favorite…
She is the cuticle clean-up QUEEN 👑 (like, unmatched detail).

Jacee, I am so proud of you. Thank you for trusting the process, putting in the hustle, and becoming such an important part of our Mitchell team.

One more long one!! This one is the hardest!!! When you own your own business sometimes you are your biggest cheerleader. So today I did something hard. I wrote a letter to myself (transparency…with a little help from chat…because it was hard).

The one where you develop people.

And it hasn’t always been easy.

You’ve felt the growing pains.
The turnover.
The moments of doubt.
The times where it felt like no matter what you did, it wasn’t enough.

You have worn more hats than I can even count…
Salon manager.
Curriculum coordinator.
Front desk.
Guest service specialist.
Problem solver.
Leader.

And you do every single one of those roles with so much care, pride, and intention.

But beyond everything you do… it’s who you are.

You are the master listener.
The calm in the chaos.
The one always asking, “What can I do?” and meaning it with your whole heart.

There is something so special about the way you show up for people. For the team. For our guests. For me.

And somehow, you do all of this while also being an incredible wife, running your life outside these walls as a farm wife boss and juggling it all with a strength that I admire so deeply.

Vanessa, you are my right hand.

The peace I feel knowing you are at the salon when I’m not there… that is something I don’t take lightly. You carry this place with the same level of care, responsibility, and love that I do.

That kind of trust is rare.
And you have earned every bit of it.

You have been a part of every chapter of Hollywood Style. Every evolution. Every growing pain. Every win.
