A visit with Contract Grower - Integrator Clint Overski and Joe Larson in Nunda, SD. Clint's operation has utilized ProSort Systems for many years with very satisfactory results. By using ProSort they have greatly reduced their hog sorting and loading time. They are well pleased with the average daily gain and days to market. They are feeding 30,000 hogs with about 50 sorters spread out in all their barns. With ProSort's technology they are able to maintain a very close weight group to ship. The down time for maintenance on all those sorters is about one hour every 6 months. If they were to build a new barn today , it would definitely have ProSort Sorters.
