Mitchell Kernels Cross Country

If anyone is looking for a 5k race, consider doing this race in town. It benefits our local hockey teams and also supports our teammates who run XC!

A few of our XC athletes volunteered to hand out waters during the MAC triathlon this morning! This is 1 of our 2 groups! Great job team!!!!

Two Kernels claim individual ESD middle school track titles in Pierre Mitchell boys were fifth as a team, while the Kernel girls finished sixth.
