Here’s the $19.04 Arcade Machine. Taito game from 1986. It plays a lot like Double Dragon.

She lives! When I brought it home and plugged it in, garbage popped up on the screen. I took the z80 off of the daughter board and plugged it into the main PCB. Pacman appeared on screen with a funky Ms. Pac character. That told me the issue stemmed from the daughter card. I removed it and inspected it closely, finding out both the U1 chip and the ribbon cable weren’t pushed in all the way. Pushing the chips back into their socket fixed the issue!
