Spent a couple hours at the Western Montana Fair and Rodeo with the YOUNGEST US Senate candidate in the race Kyle Austin Austin4mt Not an endorsement but I appreciated the time and hat and one of the MOST vigorous discussions on policy this election cycle.

I have met with all 5 candidates for US Senate. That’s my job as a Montana Veterans leader. It’s very important for Montanans to get to know our candidates who aspire for the honor and privilege of leading the Treasure State. Like Alani Bankhead Kyle is young, hungry and energetic.

What I appreciate about him is he is an AG guy and understands farming and ranching, he owns a pharmacy company so he understands small business demands in this challenging economy. And he has been through unconstitutional and politically targeted Federal raids.

Montana deserves a healthy debate of ideas and policies as we look forward to the FUTURE and I will meet with ANY federal or state candidate regardless of party. Thanks to all 5 who are running for US Senate and putting public service over comfort. 🇺🇸🦅

England versus France had more action but this was classic Soccer.

Argentina are the only team out of all 48 World Cup teams not to have a single VAR intervention against them, despite committing the most fouls in the tournament.

This may have been poetic sports justice in the end. What a team what a finish.

For the record the cease and desist letters against me were meaningless. They were meant to intimidate and silence me. Just like AG and Raid actions.

Again I am pro AI and pro manageable data centers. We want to see moratoriums on surveillance data centers across Montana. We want to see strong privacy and environmental protections before our landscapes become filled with data centers.

Heavy ICE Operations across Western Montana. My sources say there are over 1800 Federal Informants in Western Montana. That’s a separate issue down the road.

Right now, we are tracking on 50+ ICE Detentions in Gallatin and Missoula areas with Operations across Ravalli, Missoula and Gallatin counties with planned operations in Flathead County Montana just in the last 72 hours. Strongest operations have been in Gallatin County. My sources are strong and some of this is now public info.

From the Bozeman Daily Chronicle.

“A confirmed Monday morning ICE arrest has been followed by further reports of immigration enforcement activity and detentions across Gallatin County.

Gallatin County Sheriff Dan Springer confirmed on Monday that ICE had made an arrest in Bozeman that morning. As of Wednesday, Springer said ICE agents "have been active throughout Gallatin County" but said he could not provide further comment or details.

The Montana Department of Homeland Security office has not yet responded to the Chronicle's request for more information.

Sally Moyce, a board member of Bienvenidos a Gallatin Valley—a nonprofit focused on building community among Spanish-speaking residents-said that the organization estimates ICE has conducted 40-50 detentions in Gallatin County in the past week.”

As I had said they would the US Supreme Court has ruled that the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship to children born in the United States, including those whose parents are in the country unlawfully or only temporarily, striking down President Trump's Executive Order.

6-3 decision by SCOTUS. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion. He was joined by the three liberal justices (Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson) along with conservative Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.

This was not a decision on procedural grounds (ie, POTUS can’t do this through executive order but Congress could legislate it); it is a substantive decision that says the 14th amendment requires citizenship for those born to, among others, birth tourists or those unlawfully present in the country.

The only change to this would be a Constitutional Amendment. That wont happen so this matter is settled. 🇺🇸🦅

SCOTUS continues to rule in favor of the 2nd Amendment.

Good. Americans need to stand strong on 2A.

Political US Attorneys and some states like Hawaii are constantly attacking the 2A. SCOTUS compared Hawaii’s laws to attempts to disarm blacks after the Civil War.
