If you’ve been going nonstop the past few days like we have, I offer you this reminder before you start your day.

Take 10 minutes to sit in quiet and be in the present. Just be, and focus on your breath.

If you’re feeling anxious, place your hands over your heart and take a few deep slow breaths, releasing your stress in the exhale.

This simple practice can be very calming and empowering.

We were all blessed with another day. Let’s not waste it stressing over things that aren’t in our control. Life is too short.

Instead, let’s choose to embrace the day and focus on all we are grateful for and what’s in our control 🙏🏼❤️

How do we put gratitude into action , and how do we truly feel gratitude on a deeper level ?

I believe it’s all about how we live our daily lives in combination with our mindset (perspective). This isn’t as easy as it sounds- so here’s some practices to begin that shift to really feeling and expressing gratitude.

Writing and saying aloud , three things you are grateful for everyday has been shown to shift you to a more positive mood , leads to better eating habits , better sleep, lower stress levels, and improved relationships.
