For nearly a decade, Kaitlin has been an invaluable part of our design team. She consistently brings a balance of creativity and technical skills to her projects, and she is always ready to step in and help wherever needed. Beyond her own project work, Kaitlin plays a key role in our studio's growth by training and mentoring our interns and new hires, generously sharing her industry knowledge.
