Founder of KRC Home Inspection Company, Ken Clarke, had worked in many aspects of the construction industry since the 1970s. But in 1997, a friend who was doing a mortgage broker’s license suggested home inspection, and he thought it was a very good idea to expand from his base in the construction industry. He got his Home Inspection License right out of attending Gold Coast School of Construction

and formed the company, starting in a smaller office in the same 3600 SR 7 building in south Broward County. Since then, KRC Home Inspection Company has grown into one of the most reputable home inspection companies in South Florida. In the past two years, KRC Home Inspection Company has done over 3000 inspections, many of them repeat business as clients move up to successive homes and purchase commercial and investment properties. KRC services hundreds of realtors in the South Florida area some of them have been partners since 1997. The company also has an extensive direct business through a consistent campaign of marketing to the individual home seller and home buyer. The company provides referrals to trusted out-of-area Home Inspectors when clients purchase properties outside of the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
