Golden mornings in Belize City hit different. 🌅
There’s something about watching the sun rise over the Caribbean Sea. The waves catching that first light, the breeze still soft, the world just starting to wake up. It’s calm, grounding—almost like the city is taking a deep breath before the day begins.

Garifuna-American Heritage Month is celebrated every March in the United States to honor the history, culture, and contributions of Garifuna people living in the U.S., especially those with roots in Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, and Nicaragua.
Garifuna-American Heritage Month was first celebrated by proclamation of Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrión, Jr, on March 11, 2009, by request of the Garifuna Coalition USA, Inc., as an integral part of its efforts to raise awareness about the Garifuna Community in New York City and promote the self-determination and unification of the New York Garifuna community through grassroots organizing and community building.
