This bathroom didn’t get any extra square footage. We removed a wall, reworked the floor plan, and traded a linen closet for a larger shower and a more functional space.
Good design isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes it’s about making better use of what’s already there.
If you saw our previous reel, you already know the kitchen used to be upstairs at this property.
Relocating it to the first floor completely transformed the way this home functions.
In its place: a primary suite, primary bathroom, guest room, guest bathroom, and coffee bar designed around the owners’ lifestyle.
Sometimes the biggest impact comes from rethinking the floor plan, not just updating the finishes.
The most important material in any remodel?
Trust.
When you’re 500 miles away, trust matters more than any finish, fixture, or material.
A remodel requires people in your home, decisions being made every day, and a substantial investment of both time and money.
