Eagle Ridge Academy

At Eagle Ridge Academy, we follow the pursuit of Veritas, Probitas, and Pulchritudo, identifying in Latin the central tenets of our school: Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. 💙💛💚 Over Spring Break, we asked families how they were pursuing these tenets outside of the classroom. We will be sharing these answers this month to hopefully inspire your family to make a Classical connection this summer! When families and teachers work together, we can inspire a life-long passion for learning.

School of Grammar Gryphons Olivia and Brooks spent a day at the Westwood Hills Nature Center over Spring Break. While there, they learned the TRUTH about animal adaptations like camouflage, saw the BEAUTY of nature, and displayed GOODNESS of character when taking turns and listening to the naturalists. Amazing experience, scholars!

Thank you to Activities Director Sean McMenomy for transforming student activities at Eagle Ridge Academy! This year, Eagle Ridge Academy Activities not only experienced 28% participation growth, but had a .31 GPA increase and NINE academic State teams! Additionally, $70,000 was raised in funds. We will continue to build excellence in athletics, academics, and community in 2026-27.

P.S. Children entering graders K-12 in August have the opportunity to participate in a thrilling lineup of activities this summer, including Volleyball, STEAM, Soccer, Dance, Strength & Speed, Basketball, and Chess. Happy from some of your favorite bus drivers! 🚍 Every Tuesday in June, we'll remind families to fill out their 2026-27 Transportation Contracts by July 1, to ensure transportation for the first day of school and avoid a $50-per-child late fee.

Our Schools of Logic & Rhetoric scholars finished their 2025-26 school year today! Thank you to Principal Johnson, Principal Pelofske, Assistant Principal Ali, Assistant Principal Lucas, our extraordinary teachers and staff members, and our students and families for this unforgettable year. 🙌 Thank you as well to the Eagle Ridge Academy PTO and our hardworking parent volunteers for organizing today's celebration, and JonnyPops for their extremely generous popsicle donation! 🍧

The 2026 Commencement Ceremony will take place at 7:00 p.m. tonight, May 29, at Calvary Reformed Church (5300 France Avenue, Edina). The doors for guest seating will open at 6:30 p.m. A ticket will be REQUIRED to attend the commencement ceremony, but the whole community may watch a livestream of the event on Eagle Ridge Academy's YouTube channel. 🎓
