Dorglass recently wrapped up a three-stage, campus-wide window replacement at Epiphany Senior Housing in C**n Rapids, MN. The upgrade ensures well-sealed, fully functional windows and crisp views for residents, while beautifully tying together the campus aesthetic. Thank you to the dedicated staff and residents for a great partnership!

Looking for a worthwhile Community Project to contribute your time and treasures to: The 11th Annual Housing First Minnesota Foundation Gala was held April, 17, 2026 at the St. Paul Rivercentre. Penny L., Dorglass Safety Director, and her bestie of 30+ years attended the festive event. On 01/15/2026, the National Association of Women in Construction sponsored a seminar GREAT TEAMS/GREAT RESULTS featuring guest speaker Nick Ruehl, AIA. Excellent information was presented on building a successful team; trust, acknowledging strengths and weaknesses, working through conflict, earmarks of great leaders, measuring and achieving results. The seminar was hosted by VEIT with lunch provided by JE Dunn. Thank you to all who had a hand in this continuing ed opportunity. NAWIC - You Rock! Installation of glass work at the Scott County Community Development Agency (CDA) by Dorglass has been completed! Special thanks to all hands that touched this project, especially the Installer Team and Chris P., CS/CSR Estimator. The finished product is true art craftsmanship!

Replaced worn peeling doors for shiny new ones to freshen entry spaces and added convenience with keyless door locks!

On June 20th, 2025 Dorglass held a SAFETY DAY for all employees to emphasize our industry's commitment to safety awareness. The agenda included PPE/harness inspections, CPR 30:2 demonstrations, AWAIR review, Safety Guidebook rollout, and a prestigious visit from Inspector Gadget (Dorglass style) highlighting the effective use of shims! Yes, Shims; for leveling, alignment, and stability when installing and adjusting windows/doors.
Thank you to all involved including Penny L, Safety Director, TBG, Cintas, Wakey Wakey, Stretching with Emily/Pace Fitness, Assa Abloy Hardware, Dorglass Safety Committee, Department Managers, Shanitha, and Inspector Gadget (identity to remain concealed).
