Today I’m remembering Grandpa Harthaus. This is where the name of my construction business comes from. He probably wouldn’t like this post and didn’t talk much about it but it would make me so proud to hear his stories and think of the sacrifices he made. We would laugh at how he held his coffee mug and hear about his back being sore but learned as we got older that his hand was full of shrapnel and his back was put back together in a Naval hospital in the Pacific in October of 1942. Many of his friends gave much more. Thank you to all who serve, have served and the families of those who have given their lives.

2019 is the year for exterior remodeling! I'm proud of this beautiful upgrade we were able to give this Minnesota home. Contact us if some revamped curb appeal is on your resolution list this year!

I promised afters for this project - here they are! This is a siding job we just finished in Eden Prairie. New siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and garage door. My favorite part is how this client lightened up the trim and chose to wrap the front posts to make them stand out a bit more. Let us know your thoughts!
