I love bicycles. I love everything about them from riding to wrenching. For the past 10 years or so, I’ve been an extremely avid cyclist. Road, Gravel, Mountain, I ride it all. This is why I’m super excited to show off the logo I designed for the newly released @berdspokes Talon hubs. I love that ZZ Top went all in on using Hessian as part of their brand. It’s all over their website. Rock on!

I had the opportunity to design a book cover typeface for my friend Kris Clewell’s latest work: The Penrose Triangle. We both agreed that inspiration from 1960’s and 70’s science fiction and western pulp novels would be a great fit. It turned out lovely combined with the foreboding mystery of the cover artwork.
