Made with Mezcal, El Neto Amontillado Sherry, Fernet, Angostura bitters, and topped with torched orange peel. It’s smokey, herbaceous, slightly sweet, and rounded out with an umami finish. This Thursday we will be hosting a tap takeover with ! We will be featuring 4 incredible beers:
Ghost Haze👻: Hazy IPA utilizing Eclipse, Idaho 7, and Citra hops, creating a complex tapestry of tangerine zest, pine, and mango along with citrus aromas
Shelterbelt🐿️: Brown ale with full flavor and nutty overtones and a smooth finish
Fresh Hop Pale Ale🌳: Locally grown (New Prague) Chinook hops with late addition Cascade & Centennial, this beer bursts with pine, grapefruit & citrus blossom. Bright, aromatic, a full of that locally-sourced, just picked hop character
All Gas No Brakes🏎️: Imperial hazy IPA celebrating 10 years of Montgomery Brewing coming in at a cool 10% ABV
We will be pouring these beers until the kegs run dry so if you can’t make it Thursday there’s a chance we will still have them thru the weekend!

The Mayonaka Cake🌙 pronounced (my-oh-naka) meaning Midnight in Japanese is our latest addition. Rich dark chocolate cake with gobo cream cheese frosting & toasted soy bean powder makes for the perfect end to a Kyatchi meal 🥘

Long Season: A take on a wet martini. Nikka Gin, Kawatsuru olive yeast sake, Atxa Vino Vermouth and Gin barrel aged orange bitters
Last samurai: A Last Word riff featuring Roku gin, Accompani Flora Green, Elderflower liqueur, Kota Pandan liqueur, and yuzu juice
Highway Star: Salty grapefruit and Whisky flavors meet in this cocktail featuring Toki Whisky, Mars Whisky, Faccia Brutto Ca****fo, Allora Sweet Vermouth, Grapefruit, and a pinch of salt
St. Urho: Strong, smokey, and coffee forward. Made with Mezcal, Du Nord coffee liqueur, Japanese sweet vermouth, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, and Chipotle cacao bitters
Ken-Sama: Japanese flavors combine with Minnesota made products for this funky tropical cocktail. Kiyomi Japanese rum, House-made smoked shiso vodka, Midori, Lime, Avocado pit orgeat, Sumac acid, and a spritz of absinthe
