I feel like one of the biggest reasons the elite class has been able to increase their wealth in excess of what the rest of the country has been able to since the late sixties at least has been class solidarity.

While it is obvious, now more than ever, that legacy media and now also social media are close to exclusively owned and controlled by the wealthiest among us, along with fashion, entertainment, manufacturing, retail sales, etcetera, and that they use this influence to guide the rest of our lives, careers, education, and they use the money they make off us - not only controlling our potential salary, including those of us who don't work for their businesses by creating industry standards, but also by owning the businesses, factories, banks, and rental properties we less fiscally fortunate fellow humans spend our money on/with.

On top of this, thanks to the historic Citizens United Supreme Court decision in the 90's they can donate to PACs, Super PACs, and hire lobbyists to influence elections and elected representatives with as much of their and the businesses they own's money as they want to ensure the laws will enable them to optimize the profitability of their businesses and to ensure that neither themselves nor their businesses have to pay a single cent more than they can get away with not paying in taxes, the burden of which then falls to the disappearing middle class - and especially on now nearly non-existent upper-middle-class.

We all know these things - or at least I didn't mean to be blowing your mind with all of this - and I know that at least I have been racking my brain for years as to how 10, 5, and even 1% of the country can just decide what the rest of us are going to be exposed to, educated on, influenced by, are able to do professionally, and our financial and social mobility - all while doing the least and getting credit for more than they are capable of being personally responsible for having done!?

The idea that class solidarity is among - if not THE - primary force driving the wealth disparity to where 10% of the population owns 80%+ of stocks traded on the NYSE, and where 5 people have more wealth than 90%+ of the wealthiest country in the history of human civilization, with fewer than 1,000 billionaires, nearly every millionaire being in the top 10% of households, it is evident in the Epstein Files and the Panama Files that came before them. The Epstein class, I mean the elite class... these vultures who pick clean our bones and control most of what influences our lives, these greedy goblins who tell jobless and homeless neighbors to take accountability and pull themselves up by their bootstraps (which doesn't make any sense, NSJS), they never hesitate - even if they are convicted of child s*x trafficking, or any crime that doesn't leave them broke (hint: it never does) - still they help each other in any way at any time.

It is easy to think that this is how things are, or that we could be the next one to break through to their level, but it hasn't always been and you have lost the plot if you truly believe any of us can pull a Bezos or Suckerbird, no. Not until we fix the first part. The thing that people who have a lot are not able to understand is that no matter how high above us they place themselves, they will always be part of everybody.

More importantly, what they don't understand is that what is best for everyone is also what is best for each one, even the ones who have more than the rest of us would want. Their workers would work harder, work better, work more, and spend more if they were compensated fairly for the revenue their labor produces - particularly when you consider that billionaires may spend a lot of time at work, but they are not laboring the way the people under them are, many don't even work, just own things.

The solution I am proposing is unity. Fresh take, right? Anyone with < $1,000,000 net worth (Assets minus debt) is being screwed over. A good place to start is the bottom. Minimum wage is below the poverty line nationally, and tipped workers in all but a few states can end up owing money at the end of a slow shift. We need to come together. My dream would be for a national union for all middle management and below, self employed persons, and anyone who understands that what is better for everybody is going to be better for them. Including anyone who may see a decrease in their individual compensation from their company, as their employees will work more, harder, and better, and that's who makes their money for them.

If they don't end up back where they are, their lives will be so significantly improved by the outcome of the lives around them being improved, then why should we pretend to care if they can't have what no one else can get either?
