PFF: Risata Real Simple Campaign, 2024

We were honored to shoot stills and video for this campaign in the summer of 2024. We got to rent a sweet property on Lake Minnetonka, and hang with some of the most wonderful professionals in the business. The client was so kind and collaborative, we had amazing model talent, and it remains one of those great shoots that feel like you could have gone longer. In the end, the client left with a pile of video and photo assets that have been used for an entire year and counting!

And for us, there is no better fuel for inspiration and motivation than music.

PFF: Sedona Airport, 2017

We were invited to show our film “The Seeker” at the marvelous Sedona Film Festival in 2017. Some other filmmakers were going to go on a night photo walk. I was too tired to join, but drove up to the tiny Sedona airport. Of course, it was all locked up, but I went as far as I could and found these great observation binoculars. I didn’t have a tripod - just a rental car and the 20mm prime lens on my small Sony 6500 (a quick travel setup I had at the time). So, I drove the rental car to get to the best spot I can and push the shutter a few times to see if I can get something usable.

I love this frame because it captures Sedona as it captures human nature… just camping underneath the stars, tucked in for the night. Those of us who get outside of it can see how lucky we are to be where we are in this universe.

Gala for

About 6 years ago we were asked to get to know Fran Heitzman and tell the story of the non profit he started called Bridging. If you were lucky to meet Fran, it was like being asked if you wanted to win the lottery.

So once again, we are honored to partner with Bridging to share stories for their Gala. You receive much more than you give anytime you’re lucky enough to gaze closer at the mosaic of this wonderful organization.
