Soooo you might be wondering where I’ve been….

I type as I realize it’s been almost 2 months since I posted 🫣

There’s actually been a lot happening behind the scenes…hence my hiding pic 😉

1. I took a very much needed vacation and BREAK from even thinking about work. I honestly haven’t taken this kind of mental break since I started my business almost 5 years ago. My business is a part of myself, and I hadn’t realized how heavy the pressure had gotten. It was eye-opening, and has changed my approach to a lot of things in my business…which leads me to ….

2. I started working with a new mentor - . Someone to teach me 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨. As a Line 1 , I have a lot of knowledge. I’ve also worked with a lot of coaches, and I realized that I didn’t need a coach right now. I needed someone to teach me some skills that were an outage for me.

It was an interesting realization to have, because I love and value coaching. True coaching, that’s meant to help guide you. BUT, I’ve found that I needed more than coaching - I needed someone who could teach me + strategize with me + create action plans + cheerlead. It’s been amazing!

3. I’ve been dealing with being sick for weeks, and learning how to be okay with resting.

4. I’ve been doing some brand work + creating a newish offer. I’ll give you a few hints…it incorporates some of the style from working with Eva, Human Design, and .

5 years ago, today, I walked out of my agency job…and never looked back.

Don’t worry, I’d given them notice ;)

Not once, have I regretted that decision.

Even on my toughest days as a business owner.

Starting a business is not for the feint of heart, and if you’d asked me, I never saw this for myself.

Yet, it’s exactly what I’ve needed to do.

So cheers to me, and this (crazy) rollercoaster of a ride!

I believe successful entrepreneurs are always evolving.

Feeling stuck, can actually be a sign of that evolution.

It’s the stage right before expansion. …even when that feels sucky 🤪

It can be especially frustrating when you feel like that next evolution is just out of reach.

You have a glimpse of where you’ll be, but no idea how to get there.

Or, you have a sense that there’s something bigger, but you can’t even get to the “no idea” phase because it’s just a sense. A feeling, or a knowing.

So what do you do?

Just start.

Somewhere. Anywhere.

Try things.

Figure out what you like, and what you don’t like. There’s a lot of power in knowing what you don’t like to do. Trust me. I’m usually in the camp of knowing what I don’t want to do vs knowing what I do.

I’ve been experimenting with this a lot this year.

It’s why I’m offering readings again, and why I created Unstuck Sessions.

Because I know what it’s like to be in that stuck phase - even when it’s simply due to having too many options, and not knowing where to start.

So today, I invite you to think of a small thing you can do to 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁.
