Do you have some extra hours right before CONvergence? Come lend a hand as we move into the hotel on Monday 6/29! We'll need help at both the Hyatt and our storage facility starting at 10 AM, wrapping up around 5 PM. Got only an hour or two? No problem, come on out and be part of the machine that moves CON in!

Also happening on the same is prepping Sandbox by laying down floor plastic. Come join us starting at 4 PM.

The Convergence Allocations department has released some additional rooms at the Hyatt Regency downtown.

You will need to include July 2, 3, and 4 in your reservation dates to access our room block.

IMPORTANT NOTE FROM THE HYATT:
"Our property normally has a $2 DID (Downtown Improvement District) fee which is automatically added in the display rate due to the new all in pricing laws. Your group however does not pay this fee at this time due to when the contract was signed. So although the rate will display at $143 plus tax, you are only going to be charged $141 plus tax.”
