Today we had the pleasure of touring iSpace's showroom and learning about their lines and collaborative approach to providing furniture solutions to interior office spaces and beyond. Thank you iSpace Environments for letting us tour your space!

Last night some of the PlanForce team met up with old colleagues and friends who were a part of WCL - an architecture firm that has since transformed into what PlanForce is today. What a wonderful time to catch up and share memories!

MAN Marketing wanted their new office to feel comfortable and homey, which is why we went with a warm and rich material palette. Making sure employees feel at ease when they are working is an integral part of a productive office environment!

Happy Friday! To end the week, we are highlighting one of our newest completed office projects for MAN Marketing - a full-service marketing and advertising agency. This Chicago-based company wanted to create a renewed office space that provided a relaxing and collaborative environment.

The main goal was to draw their team back into the office with warm hues, rich textures, and finishes reminiscent of the home office, while providing all the benefits of collaboration and in-office productivity.

Today is the official opening of V's Barbershop in White Bear Lake! The goal of this project was to create an engaging atmosphere for this franchise barbershop that would draw people in for a great experience (and an even greater haircut!).
 
PlanForce was involved in the space planning and documentation for a refresh of their existing location. We obviously had to get our hair done while we visited the completed space.

We wanted to take a moment to appreciate our office finishes! The goal with our office design was to embody the PlanForce brand without our colors dominating the space. By blending warm and muted contrasting tones, we've created a vibe that feels just right without being too on the nose. We had a wonderful time at the Twins game yesterday! It's always nice to get out of the office - especially if that means a Twins win!

Breaking ground! Construction is officially underway for our newest ground-up restaurant project in Rogers, MN. We are so excited for this project - stay tuned for more to come!

Check out these before and after photos from one of our most recent exterior remodels, Buff N Glo! Our client wanted to revamp their dated, existing building to draw in customers without breaking the bank, so the PlanForce team worked quickly to make Buff N Glo's vision come to life. Using simple ACM panel design around the entrances and exits, updating site signage and lighting, and refreshing the exterior paint brought a new energy to this site.

This Thursday we are highlighting HRST - An engineering consultation company that provides power plant boiler technical services and products. Our client wanted to create a refreshed environment for their employees that attracted new talent and maximized efficiency. PlanForce kept a neutral color palette to allow HRST's brand blue to really pop.

This project was completed within the client's timeline and under budget, making it another very successful project!

Yesterday we had to pleasure of attending the 2024 Minnesota REjournal Real Estate Awards. Highlighting a project wouldn't be complete if we didn't highlight some of the materials that made its design come together.

Our client wanted to pull inspiration from their branding and provide a fun, bright work space with geometric patterns and primary colors. Incorporating various textures was important in creating visual interest and additional sound absorption. We had such a great time working on this project!

To celebrate World Water Day, we are highlighting one of our past projects, Kurita America. This water treatment solutions company wanted a headquarters that would support the expansion of their business, reflect the brand identity of their Japan-based parent company, and promote a more collaborative environment for their staff.

Key design features that make this project successful include an open concept reception and office with environmental graphics, various collaboration spaces, and recycled materials from their warehouse that were directly incorporated throughout the space. 💧

This week we are highlighting Tricam's fitness and locker room space. Tricam goes beyond traditional office amenities to empower their many out-of-town employees to stay active throughout the day, providing opportunities for physical activity and recreation.

As a Minnesota-based company, brand identity was extremely important for them. Full-height graphics of Minnesota's most iconic landmarks fill the space as you leave the office area and enter the fitness hub, making this feature the "cherry" on top of an incredible design.
