Yesterday was an exciting milestone as construction is officially underway on this vision 🪏 We are grateful to LifeTime.Life for the opportunity to help bring this project to life and to the City of Maple Grove Business, and our other partners for their collaboration and support.

The Buffalo Tower renovation at Treasure Island Resort & Casino modernized 246 guest rooms and suites, creating a refreshed hospitality experience that blends comfort, functionality, and contemporary design. For more than two decades, Knutson has partnered with Treasure Island Resort & Casino to help enhance one of Minnesota's premier entertainment destinations. Coming back to renovate a project we completed over 30 years ago brought a full-circle moment in continuing this partnership!

The dirt is moving, and so is progress. 🪏

Yesterday, Northfield Public Schools celebrated the groundbreaking of a transformational project that will reimagine Northfield High School for generations to come.

Made possible through community support, this referendum project includes a new gymnasium, geothermal systems, enhanced green spaces, and campus-wide improvements that will create a more sustainable, modern learning environment.

Knutson is proud to continue our partnership with a long-standing client as we help bring this vision to life and support the continued growth of the Northfield community.

In the construction industry, mental health is just as important as physical safety. Creating a culture where conversations about well-being are encouraged and supported takes commitment from every level of our organization.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Team Blue had the opportunity to hear from Ray Stenglein, who shared powerful insights on breaking the stigma around mental health, recognizing when someone may be struggling, and fostering a culture of support and open conversation.

Thank you, Ray, for reminding us that asking for help is a sign of strength and no one has to face challenges alone.
