Thank you all that tried out our new numbers system with us, Phil says it might have been the most controlled and "chill" morning yet!

We still have a handful of titles left, so you know the drill. Head to the website and get what you missed. 😉

We are trying a new system for RSD.

Instead of having everyone line up outside overnight and disturb the neighborhood, no sleeping outside in a chair, or wondering how you're gonna go to the bathroom, we will be setting up a number system. We have a QR Code currently set up outside the store. 

Come to the store, scan the QR code and request a number.

We will send you a confirmation with a number and this will be your place in line. (We will manually have to hit send, but you're in the list!)

For the Place In Line request:

• One Request per person.

• You Can't Hold A Place In Line For Another Person.

• You Will Receive A Google Confirmation When You Fill Out This Form. 

• Once we process the request, You will Receive A Confirmation Of Your Place In Line.

• Your Place In Line will be determined by when we received your request.

• Your Place In Line Is First Come First Served.

• If You Are Not Present when Your Number is Called, You Will Lose Your Place and you will have to go to the back of the line.

• We'll stop giving out numbers at 7 and regular line will begin.

We don't always know what is popular and lean on you to help us know what you want. This year we asked for your input in what to order and received very few responses. Therefore, we only ordered what people asked for, resulting in a very limited RSD 2026 inventory.

If you would like us to carry what you want, you need to communicate with us for future events.  For people like us that have to maintain a business everyday of the year, RECORD STORE DAY IS EVERYDAY.

For Morning Purchases - You will only be allowed to purchase 5 records at a time.  Once you have made your purchase of 5, you must go to the end of the line and wait to buy more. 

You Will Only Be Allowed To Purchase One Copy Of A Specific RSD Record. 

You Can't Negotiate With Us On This. You Will Be Escorted To The Door and Forfeit Any Purchase Of RSD records if you attempt to argue with us about either of these topics.

We asked what you wanted and only a few is you responded, so we ordered a limited number of titles. What does that mean? The lottery of RSD is just gonna be a little tougher and the selection is a bit more curated.

RULES:
Some of you didn't play nice last year and that takes the fun our of it for everyone. So now we have more rules.

We are announcing our new number system tomorrow for how to manage the line. Stay tuned.

Morning of: You are limited to 5 RSD titles, make your purchase and then get back in line.

Phil's boss has called shots and it looks like it's gonna be a good ole classic Snow Day!

Our store will be closed today 3/15/2026. Stay indoors and shop our website for any of your vinyl needs. We'll be back open tomorrow at noon.

We did another drop off today with but this time half the donations came from those who donated via sending $$ to the venmo.

This was such a fulfilling shopping trip knowing that we can make an impact to our community in more than one way when we shop local to them turn around and give local.

We were told that they run our of food each week and the demand isn't slowing. Please continue to donate as well keep going through February.

The did drive is going to keep doing for the foreseeable future - food is so important for everyone. We have heard so many stories about how the metro surge had impacted you personally and yet you still commit to your neighbors, your local business and community.

We will be here because I know for a fact Phil as been at the store every day keeping things going all month.

Business is hitting different in 2026 - we have reduced sizes to mirror volumes. It's tough, but we feel we have an obligation to this community to show up every day for them.

Come visit Phil and say hi, play a few arcade games to refresh your fight and you might even catch Hannah sorting something (typically records, but it's definitely food these days)
