READ & SWIPE: Anxiety and being stressed out is common. It can be cyclical, or we can choose to challenge it courageously and try to Pause, Evaluate, and Notice.

In my role as both School Counselor and Therapist, I get a lot of parents talking about mental burn out and fatigue when it comes to positive parenting in this pandemic with nowhere to go! Not to mention, MN is in somewhat of a lockdown and kids and parents are mostly all at home together.
Here is some starter tips. I’ll be back as this is research based, and we’ve been at this 8 months essentially. I’m constantly asking others & myself, “What’s working?”
“Can we find a soliton focused approach?”

Tapping (EFT) emotional freedom technique. Is a great way to relieve stress and relax. Tap each area listed 2-3 times while reciting a mantra. “Even though I struggle with____I completely accept myself.” 🔥🧘🏽♀️⭐️

When we help others we create a wheel of wellness. You have my back now, I’ll get yours later. At some point in life we will all be off balanced mentally, but that doesn’t mean we are broken. We can be that person who saves another. Check on your strong friends too, everyone needs help. Wellness is a social responsibility.
