🐾 MEET COURT — he’s been waiting for you. 🐾
This big, lovable goofball has been in rescue for several months now, and we are ROOTING for him to find his person (or people!) this summer. His almost-identical brothers already found their forever homes — now it’s Court’s turn. 🏡
Court (aka Courty, Big Court) is a 70+ lb. lanky, muscle-building, hammock-lounging, neighborhood-strolling, treat-motivated sweetheart who wants nothing more than to spend his summers in Minnesota with a family to call his own.
Here’s what his future family can look forward to:
✅ Calm temperament — a true people & dog lover
✅ Great with other dogs, including at public events
✅ No signs of leash reactivity on walks
✅ Crate trained & sleeps through the night
✅ Loves to run, play, wrestle... then completely chill in the backyard
✅ Could be your next hiking buddy
✅ Bounding enthusiasm with a quick off-switch
He does best in a home with a yard and would thrive with another confident dog to look up to — he’s still building his confidence and loves taking social cues from his pals. He has some separation anxiety that will need patience and continued work, but he’s only ONE YEAR OLD and eager to learn.
Don’t let his age fool you — he’s past the chaotic puppy phase and stepping into the sweet spot. 🙌

Hello, I’m Poplar! I may be little, but I’ve got a whole lot of charm packed into this tiny puppy body. My foster mom says I’m incredibly smart, and I’m pretty proud of that. I’m also known for my signature move: when I get excited and want to play, I hop around like a little bunny. It’s impossible not to smile when you see it!

June is Pride Month, and we’re celebrating the simple lesson our dogs teach us every day:
Love doesn’t come with conditions.
Dogs don’t care who you love, how you identify, where you come from, or what you look like. They lead with acceptance, kindness, and an open heart.
At Save-A-Bull, we’re proud to support a community where everyone belongs and everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and loved.

We received some tough news about our sweet Jill.
Jill recently tested positive for heartworm and is facing about 5 months of treatment, with medical costs expected to exceed $3,000. The good news? Jill is one tough little lady, and she has the most amazing fosters by her side every step of the way.
We're asking for your support to help cover Jill's treatment and give her the healthy future she deserves. Jill would also like everyone to know that a few boredom-buster bones and enrichment goodies may be needed during her recovery as she takes it easy. 🦴😉
