The Organization Development Network is seeking a purpose-driven Executive Director (Independent Contractor) to help lead us through an exciting and transformative chapter.

Details:
🧩 Three-quarter time (up to 30 hrs/week)
🌍 Remote + 1-2 in-person meetings annually
📈 High-impact, strategic leadership role
