Trivia Mafia is now hiring for a new Host Recruiter!

The Host Recruiter will keep our trivia events happening and hopping by growing our host team of employees and contractors across the United States. You’ll be the go-to person for outbound recruitment, vetting applications and interviewing applicants, and supporting onboarding for new hires and contractors. You’ll be an ambassador for the company in new markets, and help discover more rad people who want to make some money on a side-gig. This role supports staffing for both Trivia Mafia and The Initials Game Live!

This is the perfect job for someone who has experience with marketing, interviewing (in an HR setting or otherwise), is a quick decision-maker and problem-solver, and cares a lot about inclusivity and helping us build a diverse and talented team of hosts!

This part time role is remote, with 15-20 hours weekly; 2-5 years experience preferred, with a starting pay rate of $20-23/hour.
