StuartCo

🍂 Fall is the perfect time to slow down, get cozy, and enjoy the spaces that bring us together. From gathering with neighbors to enjoying a meal, playing a game, or simply relaxing in a welcoming shared space, StuartCo communities offer plenty of ways to make the most of the season.

As the leaves change and cooler days settle in, there’s something special about coming home to a place where comfort and community go hand in hand. 🧡🏡

At StuartCo, home is more than a place to live—it’s where community comes together.

💙 Core Value Spotlight: Consistency

At StuartCo, consistency means showing up, following through, and delivering the same level of care and commitment day after day.

It’s in the way we support our residents, work alongside our teammates, care for our communities, and follow through on the details that make a difference. While the work we do may look different from day to day, our commitment to doing things the right way remains consistent.

Because when we are consistent in how we serve, communicate, and support one another, we build trust—and that makes a lasting impact.

🌟 Employee of the Month: Kristian
This month, we’re proud to recognize Kristian for his outstanding responsiveness, problem-solving skills, and commitment to supporting our teams across StuartCo.

When Riverview at Upper Landing experienced an unexpected internet outage in the rental office and common areas on a Friday afternoon, Kristian quickly stepped in to help. After completing his work at another property, he made his way to Riverview, investigated the issue, identified the problem, and successfully restored service—all within a matter of hours.
His willingness to respond quickly and go the extra mile makes a meaningful difference to our teams and our communities. What may seem like a small fix can have a significant impact on daily operations and leasing efforts.

Thank you, Kristian, for your dedication, technical expertise, and continued commitment to supporting your StuartCo teammates. We appreciate all that you do! 👏

📚 Growing Stronger Leaders at StuartCo

Our team recently came together for leadership training focused on strengthening our skills, learning from one another, and continuing to grow as leaders.

As part of our day, we also participated in Beads to Beat Cancer, creating beaded bracelets to be donated to local cancer treatment facilities. Each bracelet is paired with a handwritten note of encouragement for someone going through treatment. 💙🎗️

It was a simple but meaningful reminder that the impact we make can reach far beyond our workplace. At StuartCo, our core values-guide how we lead, support one another, serve our residents, and give back to our communities.

We’re proud to invest in our leaders while finding meaningful ways to put our values into action. 💙
