StuartCo communities are once again partnering with Simpson Housing Services and Kids In Need Foundation to collect school supplies and financial donations for local students and families. From notebooks and pencils to crayons and backpacks, every donation helps provide the tools kids need to start the school year with confidence.

When a chiller failure left York Plaza residents without air conditioning, this team immediately came together to respond. Working throughout the day and well into the evening, they coordinated efforts to access apartment homes, reset heat pumps, and restore cooling as quickly and safely as possible.

Their teamwork, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured residents remained supported during a challenging situation. Whether responding on-site or traveling from other communities to lend a hand, each team member played an essential role in delivering the exceptional service and care that define StuartCo.
