What was once an idea, a fight, and a vision is now a permanent home for artists, creatives, innovators, and culture-shifters on the Northside. This isn’t just another apartment building. This is an investment in creative people, creative futures, and a neighborhood that deserves beautiful things.

And when we say the team delivered... they DELIVERED. Every detail. Every finish. Every space. Absolute magic. ✨

We’re opening applications this week for affordable 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, with preference for artists and creatives. Roommate situations are highly encouraged.

The real victory isn’t the building—it’s what happens next. The collaborations. The businesses. The art. The ideas. The community that’s about to be created within these walls.

A lot of people said it couldn’t be done.

Now we’re handing over the keys.

NEW RULES started as a concept and turned into a family.

A lot of people will tell you they knew what it was before it became a thing. Truth is, not with NEW RULES.

What started as one building became a community. What started as a few conversations became a movement. The lines blurred between business, culture, creativity, and connection—and that’s exactly how we wanted it.

We never set out to build a brand. We set out to create a space where people could belong, build, celebrate, and evolve. The brands came later. The partnerships came later. The recognition came later.

From one idea grew a collection of experiences, businesses, and opportunities connected by the same belief: the old rules weren’t made for everyone, so we wrote new ones.
Every room, every event, every venture carries that same DNA. Not chasing trends. Building legacy. Not following culture. Contributing to it.

We’re building the next lineup of resident DJs at TAP IN Kitchen & Cocktails—starting late summer—and applications are now open! Tag your favorite DJ in the comments !

We’re looking for DJs who:
• Can spin 2+ times a month
• Match the vibe of the space (think soulful, feel-good, kid-friendly)
• Are able to make a 6 month commitment

Set times are usually:
🕖 6–9pm (weekdays) | 7–11pm (weekends)
