In partnership with the Minnesota Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), the City of Columbia Heights has launched a new loan program for property owners of 2+ unit rental residential buildings.

The Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) Loan Program is designed to help property owners make improvements to unsubsidized affordable housing units in the City.

Deferred loans of up to $50,000 are available to eligible applicants for properties that meet program criteria, including income and rent qualifications.
