How can the EA's Apprenticeship Training Program help your business?

We're glad you asked!

According to Jesse Grant of Jim's Electric Company, “This course helps us attract employees and improve their standard of living through good-paying jobs and a sense of accomplishment. Also I see the people who take the course have a much easier time passing their exam.”

We couldn't have said it better than that!

If you want to attract great new employees, offering them high-quality training opportunities can be a big draw. And with the EA's Apprenticeship Course, you don't have to come up with your own training program! Learn more about the course and register your apprentices here:

We’re excited to share an important leadership update at the Electrical Association.

After years of dedicated leadership and advocacy on behalf of the electrical industry, Michelle Dreier is stepping into an exciting new role as Executive Director of the Minnesota PHCC. We are incredibly proud of Michelle and grateful for the relationships, expertise, and passion she has brought to the EA and our members throughout the years.

As part of this transition, Michelle has launched Spring Lake Strategies and will continue working alongside the Electrical Association in a strategic contracted role focused on:
• Government affairs and legislative engagement
• Member compliance support
• Prevailing wage guidance
• Registered apprenticeship and workforce matters

This transition has been thoughtfully planned to ensure continuity in these critical areas while also supporting Michelle in this next chapter of leadership.

Please join us in congratulating Michelle on this exciting opportunity — we look forward to continuing our work together in support of the industry!
