We’re excited to share an important leadership update at the Electrical Association.
After years of dedicated leadership and advocacy on behalf of the electrical industry, Michelle Dreier is stepping into an exciting new role as Executive Director of the Minnesota PHCC. We are incredibly proud of Michelle and grateful for the relationships, expertise, and passion she has brought to the EA and our members throughout the years.
As part of this transition, Michelle has launched Spring Lake Strategies and will continue working alongside the Electrical Association in a strategic contracted role focused on:

• Registered apprenticeship and workforce matters
This transition has been thoughtfully planned to ensure continuity in these critical areas while also supporting Michelle in this next chapter of leadership.
Please join us in congratulating Michelle on this exciting opportunity — we look forward to continuing our work together in support of the industry!
