Last week, we kicked off the year with our first organizational meeting, laying a robust foundation for the months ahead. The day was dedicated to strategic planning, with leadership outlining our goals and direction for the year. We engaged in productive discussions within small teams, focusing on individual objectives and identifying opportunities for professional growth. These sessions were filled with insightful exchanges and innovative ideas.
To infuse more joy into our meetings, we toured the Center for Performing Arts, participated in a puzzle competition, and enjoyed a 2024 trivia game.
We are excited about for an impactful year ahead.
After a decade in the Nicollet Island neighborhood of Minneapolis, the homeowners cherished the vibrant community known for its walkability, excellent dining, and strong sense of connection. While their home held significant sentimental value, its first-floor layout no longer met their needs for hosting their friends and family. In the heart of St. Paul’s historic Summit Hill neighborhood, our homeowners fell in love with the traditional charm of their home. When it was time to update the fireplace, they envisioned a clean design that stayed true to the home’s original character.
We achieved this by installing a matte gray porcelain tile surround, perfectly complemented by a classic wood mantle that mirrors the home’s original millwork. The result is a seamless blend of old and new, offering a clean, contemporary look while preserving the home’s heritage.

Nestled just off Lake Harriet stands a grand Georgian colonial home with a rich history. This stately house had weathered the years, but its charm remained undeniable.
In need of a transformation, our team conducted a complete rebuild of the third floor, added a new clay tile roof, and constructed a sizable addition to the rear of the home. The courtyard was brought back to life with new brick pillars and landscaping that restored the home's grandeur and grace.
