Stanley's son Miles suggested that Stan do more songs from the artists with whom he's played
and recorded.
Thus, the well-received Stanley Kipper Project was born. It’s a reduced version of the same musical ideas shared by the band New Primitives. Although a
lot of the songs are different, it's still a rocking, funky, hit song-based event played by a Trio
including Stanley Kipper on drums and vocals, fellow New Primitive guitar player Andrew
Wozniak and former NP bassist Tommy Peterson. Lightnin' Joe Peterson will join in from time to
time as well.
Hey Music Lovers! Thursday October 10, at ShawsBar AndGrill will be your only chance to see New Primitives in Minneapolis until November. Lightnin Joe, Chico, Andrew Wozniak, Tommy Peterson, Snowman Powers, Stanley Kipper.
