🌽HEIRLOOM SIPPER MEXICAN CORN LAGER 🌽& 🌮 NIXTA POP-UP🌮

🌽Heirloom Sipper Mexican Corn Lager 🌽For this beer Chef & Mazieologist Gustavo sourced a custom blend of pink, red, yellow, white, & blue corn heirloom corn directly from Mexico. This corn was nixtamalized - a process for heightening the robust, flavorful and aromatic presence of the corn - and mashed alongside MN pilsner malt, flaked corn, and nixtamal water. The end result is a crisp lager with delicate complex layers and with hints of Gustavo's fantastic handmade tortillas.

is having a pop-up in the taproom, kicking off at 4pm, to celebrate our collaboration beer, Heirloom Sipper Mexican Corn Lager! Enjoy the Heirloom Sipper with any of Nixta's food for an absolutely dreamy beer and food pairing!
