Thrill & Chill Family Entertainment Facility
MHA Nation acquired a premanufactured 27,500 S.F. metal building built in 2007 that has now been repurposed into a Family Entertainment Facility. Located at the Intersection of College Drive and HWY 23 in New Town, ND this venue will soon offer attractions and games for the enjoyment of children, families, and visitors to the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation while also creating job opportunities for the local community.
The project includes 11 different proposed attractions, offering a mix of dining, entertainment, games and activities for families and visitors alike. With safety and health objectives as one of the key elements of design, this building will be a welcome amenity to the entire region. MHA Nation is intending on owning and operating the FEC when project is complete.

Community Health Resource Center
Take a look at the construction progress of the MHA Community Health Resource Center in New Town, ND! CHRC broke ground in June of 2023 and is nearing final completion.
Within the Elbowoods Memorial Health Campus, the Community Health Resource Center (CHRC) project is a 3-story 63,800 sf building aimed to fill the needs of 13 individual IHS and MHA health programs with administration, education, and health treatment spaces. This building was designed with patients and staffs experience in the forefront.
The Community Health Resource Center building includes executive suites, conference rooms, staff offices, storage, various staff support spaces, and patient reception were determined by each department to meet their individual needs.
Project team members include Swenson Hagen Engineers (Civil), Albertson Engineering Inc., Smith and Boucher Engineering (MEP), Collaborative Design Group (Interiors) and Consolidated Construction Company (CM).

Regenerative Medicine Clinic
In June RMLa was excited to celebrate the Ground Blessing of the Regenerative Medicine Clinic in New Town, ND. The new Regenerative Medicine Clinic will serve both non-members and members of the Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota. By providing an Integrative Regenerative Metabolic (IRM) Medicine Treatment Clinic and a Development Lab in one combined facility, the program will address a full spectrum of medical conditions, including therapeutic applications for Diabetes, Lyme disease, long COVID, and a number of autoimmune diseases.

Kidney Dialysis Unit
RMLa is excited to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Kidney Dialysis Unit on the Elbowoods Memorial Health Campus in New Town, ND. This facility will provide end stage renal dialysis treatment to enrolled MHA Nation Members in a joint effort by the MHA Nation Health Department and Sandford Health Dialysis Nursing Administration.
The facility includes 12 treatment stations (2 isolation treatment rooms), administration, treatment nursing space, touchdown space for visiting doctors, patient nutrition areas, and room for new state of the art water treatment and medical systems. It also features 2 fully equipped peritoneal home hemodialysis training rooms to educate patients on home dialysis program procedures that allow many to eventually provide their own home-based dialysis treatments.
The program treatment times and quantities will support up to 36 patients per day. The building features an enclosed drive-through garage to protect patients from inclement weather during drop-off and pick-up. The program will be jointly operated by the MHA Nation Health Department and Sanford Health Dialysis Nursing Administration.

Good Road Recovery Center Expansion Opening
History: In 2019 Phase 1 of the on-going 22- Acre Good Road Recovery Center was completed. Phase 1 included a 20,114 SF Outpatient Treatment Center, two 6,563 SF Residential Care Cottages, and an 80-person capacity Amphitheatre.
RMLa is excited to celebrate the Grand Opening of the expansion of the Good Road Recovery’s Outpatient Treatment Center just 5 years after it’s original completion. The facility provides substance abuse services including ASAM Level 3.1 low intensity residential care and ASAM Level 2.5 partial hospitalization outpatient treatment, day treatment, educational services, program administration, health services and food service.
Two additional Residential Care Cottages are to begin construction this coming spring.
